Implemented is formalization of the students,training management in the branch university on the basis of competence approach. Elaborated is an algorithm for constructing a model of training in accordance with the requirements of the modern realities. In developing of the model used is the theory of Markov,s processes. The results allow to carry out operative and strategic management of the qualitative and quantitative training.
