Abstract

The paper starts from foreign language discipline competition and aims to improve the quality of education and teaching. Based on the analysis of the role of discipline competition in talent cultivation, it is attempted to construct a curriculum teaching system for English major by revising teaching plans, promoting the reform of teaching content and teaching methods, and strengthening the training of discipline competition teachers. Finally, it is expected to put forward new ideas for cultivating talents with core literacy.
