Abstract

This paper outlines the main project and purpose of the book “Public organization behavior”, mainly covering public organization’s three aspects of incentive mechanism, leadership and the management serving for public interest. And the content of new public service is expatiated in detail. At last the idea of new public service in the book has great ideological significance and does great development, which should be learned and reviewed in order to be taken use in the future public management.
