Abstract

Cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries has its own special mode, so the development of strategic emerging industry depends on not only the technology innovation, but also the cultivation mode and mechanism innovation more importantly. This paper compared several foster strategic emerging industry patterns, discussed the development innovative ideas and strategic choice about how to develop emerging industries in Yangzhou city, and proposed its strategic emerging industries cultivation mechanism.
