Proceedings of the Vth International workshop "Critical infrastructures: Contingency management, Intelligent, Agent-based, Cloud computing and Cyber security" (IWCI 2018)

The Vth International workshop “Critical Infrastructures: Contingency Management, Intelligent, Agent-based, Cloud Computing and Cyber Security” (IWCI 2018) was held on 17-24 March, 2018 in Baikalsk, Russia.

The Workshop is organized by Melentiev Energy Systems Institute of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Irkutsk, Russia). The previous Workshops were conducted in Mongolia (Khankh on 2014, 2015) and Russia (Listvyanka on 2016 and Baikalsk on 2017).

The Workshop provides an interdisciplinary forum for researchers and scholars to sharing knowledge and results in the field of information technology, energy systems, cyber security and mathematics.

Traditionally the Workshop consisted of three types of communication for the exchange of knowledge such as plenary and oral presentations and round table discussions. Also poster presentations section was organized.

The Workshop has received 74 manuscripts, and 36 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers. All of accepted papers were subjected to careful peer-review by three experts before being selected for publication.

The IWCI-2018 was hosted by Grand Hotel (Gora Sobolinaja, Baikalsk, Russia).
