- Abstract
The article is devoted to the main ethical problems of modern organizations. It suggests the characteristic features of conceptual basis of forming ethical culture of business processes, and it emphasizes the significance of personal ethical culture in the aspect of business ethics, organizational behavior, and corporate culture improvement in modern socio-economic processes. The modern economic situation requires new approaches to business development, to improving the socio-cultural, socio-economic and socio-psychological basis of self-management, cognitive and creative management.
