The Joint Symposium on Tropical Studies (JSTS) 2019, was organized by the Faculty of Forestry, Mulawarman University in collaboration with Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Republic of Indonesia and Indonesian Wood Research Society (IWoRS). This conference is a conjunction between the 11th International Symposium of Indonesian Wood Research Society (IWoRS) and the 2nd International Symposium on Tropical Forestry and Environmental Sciences (ISTFES2019). The symposium theme is “Green Innovation on Tropical Forest and Forest Industries Toward Sustainable Livelihood”. The JSTS 2019 was running for two days, 4-6 September 2019.
