Abstract

Air pollution, transboundary acid rain, destruction of ecosystems, sand and dust storms and water pollution and other environmental problems continue to plague China and Kazakhstan cross-border areas. Pollution problems between the two countries China and Kazakhstan has become a serious threat to regional economic and trade exchanges between the two countries, but also affected the international connections of the Eurasian plate. In this study, by analyzing the international classic example, for cross-border regional governance and the prevention of pollution, to find the similarities and differences in Kazakhstan transboundary pollution, to provide some thinking and our approach to transboundary pollution control and Kazakhstan.
