Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation. We should give priority to the development of education and build a powerful country of human resources. The Ministry of education and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued document No. 1 in 2007, and began to implement quality engineering. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education issued the document of "Some opinions on further planning undergraduate teaching reform and improving teaching quality in a comprehensive way".Innovation is the main theme of the present era, is the main driving force of promoting the development of the society, the cultivation of talents with innovation ability, plays an important role in the creation of innovative country in the process. The university should pay attention to cultivate students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability in innovation and Entrepreneurship Education, theoretical knowledge to innovation and entrepreneurship training guide for college students to build a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship practice, through the integration of resources of universities and the society, and create a suitable for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship environment, promote the growth of college students and self realization.
