Abstract

This paper analyses the existing problems in the development of the balance of urban and rural education, and then explore some strategies to promote the balanced urban and rural education development in the education information construction. In order to enhance teachers' IT application ability, we should carry out information technology and network application to accelerate the modernization of IT equipment configuration, and focus on promoting the application of information technology gradually.
