Abstract

In view of non-standard question of the current construction project managers's "moral" qualities structure, On the one hand investigated studied and analyzed domestic and foreign construction project managers's "moral" qualities structure present situation referred to the domestic and foreign existing qualities structure model At the same time actively into a line of construction site construction manager projects department construction related industry sectors Communicated in different degrees With all kinds of people all kinds of roles. By contrast abstraction and summary created a construction enterprise project managers's "moral" qualities structure framework By means of questionnaires and other means, built out of the importance of each kind of qualities element for project success ; At last, the feasibility of the scheme was verified by practical application.
