At present, the government attaches great importance to and vigorously develops innovative and entrepreneurial economies and strives to build innovative countries. The country has a wealth of scientific and technological resources and strong scientific research strength, and has a decisive driving role in the development of innovative and entrepreneurial economies. To this end, a series of policies have been introduced in recent years to promote technological innovation and entrepreneurship. Among them, financial policies are directly related to the start-up and growth of technological innovation and entrepreneurship and the landing and implementation of outstanding projects.
