Abstract

Ideological and moral education in higher education is an important way for students to build spiritual civilization. As an important part of college education, physical education is of great significance. The mutual penetration between the two is not only the strong will of college students exercise, but also the creation of excellent psychological quality, so that students can have a great degree of Ideological and moral sublimation.
