Abstract

Against the backdrop of the accelerated global digital transformation of education, the high-quality development of teachers faces structural contradictions such as insufficient digital literacy, uneven resource allocation and the solidification of traditional concepts. This study focuses on the core issues of digital technology empowering teachers’ high-quality development and dialectically dissects the duality of technology empowerment by deconstructing its three-dimensional target system. Although technologies such as AI personalized training and educational big data analysis can precisely enhance teaching capabilities, and digital platforms can promote cross-domain resource sharing, and digital policy tools can optimize management efficiency, over-reliance on technology can erode educational creativity. The “digital suspension” phenomenon leads to a disconnection between technology and practice, and data security and algorithmic bias raise deeper ethical risks.Based on a systematic analysis of goal-dilemma - technology, an innovative three-dimensional integration path of “teacher development - technology optimization - institutional guarantee” is proposed. Through the construction of a literacy system that integrates technology and teaching ethics, the establishment of a cross-domain collaborative innovation network, the implementation of data security legislation and a transparent algorithm review mechanism, the dynamic adaptation of digital technology to the development needs of teachers is achieved.
