Website: https://www.ic-mghr.com/ As the second quarter of the twenty-first century unfolds, societies everywhere are negotiating the psychological after-shocks of global pandemics, accelerating artificial-intelligence ecologies, widening economic disparities, and intensifying cultural polarisation. It is within this fragile, rapidly re-wiring world that the 2025 International Conference on Mental Growth and Human Resilience (MGHR 2025) was conceived. From this setting, more than one hundred scholars and educators gathered to ask a single, deceptively simple question: how do human beings continue to grow in mind and spirit when the ground beneath them keeps shifting? The answer, as the following pages attest, is anything but simple. The ninety-seven peer-reviewed papers collected in this volume traverse disciplinary borders as confidently as they cross national ones. Developmental psychologists dialogue with feminist film theorists; AI engineers debate educational financiers; phonologists listen to music-therapy clinicians; macro-economists learn from primary-school teachers. What unites these disparate voices is a shared insistence that resilience is not merely the absence of pathology, but an active, learnable capacity for adaptive growth. The conference was structured around four intersecting streams:
