- Abstract
The mental health issues of teenagers have been put on the agenda with the development of the times. Social media and school bullying are two major factors that could affect teenagers’ mental health. People know school bullying will have a negative effect, but do not know about social media and how school bullying will affect them. Research based on data posted online and sending a questionnaire to different schools to get the results of two topics. Research finds that both social media and school bullying can affect teenagers’ mental health problems, and they can also cause physical harm to teenagers’ health. In school bullying, teenagers get hurt by their schoolmates. In social media, teenagers can be hurt by anyone. Research shows that people should pay more attention to teenage mental health, and school and social media platforms should also strengthen supervision to prevent things from happening. If people do not pay attention to this problem, it will affect the healthy development of teenagers in the future.
