- Abstract
This paper takes Z University as an example to study the subjective well-being of professional women in colleges and universities in the new era. The study found that the average subjective well-being of female faculty members was 3.53, slightly higher than the average. Women’s happiness is higher than men’s, and women with an annual household income of 300,000 to 500,000 yuan are the happiest. The factors that affect happiness include work pressure, family affairs, social comparison, etc. Promotion strategies include adjusting perceptions, upgrading skills, digital transformation, widening promotion channels and protecting women’s rights. The study stressed that universities should pay attention to the happiness of female faculty members in order to promote personal and social development.
