Abstract

In recent years, the short video industry has developed rapidly, followed by an array of related copyright infringement issues. In view of the current situation of copyright management, this paper, based on the existing legal system, clarifies the originality and reasonable use boundaries of short videos and proposes the short video copyright market governance model on the basis of blockchain technology. This paper aims to optimize the short video industry ecology, guide all participants in the industry to clarify their respective positions, promote efficient digital collaboration, and bring prosperity to the cultural market.
