Abstract

According to different environment around the high voltage transmission lines, the analysis of image charac-teristics under different environment, different environment image segmentation method applied to image feature extraction method and edge of image, and compare the effect of two kinds of methods, reach to the effect of rapid extraction and identification of obstacles.
