Abstract

Knowledge workers are a company’s valuable wealth. How to effectively improve their motivation is one of the entrepreneurs’ most concerned issues. This paper works out an index system of knowledge workers’ satisfaction. This satisfaction system which adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process with indicator weight and comprehensive evaluation assesses HX Company’s workers’ satisfaction and the results are given to themselves, which is finally highly approved by these knowledge workers.
