Abstract

The projects show the homogenization of the competition state with the steady development of the real estate development. Based on the rank dependent utility theory and the traditional homogeneous product price competition between developers, this paper builds price competition game model of the homogeneous product and analysis competitive equilibrium in the price. Finally it discusses the influence of the main game equilibrium results in the emotional preference.
