- The correlation between the structural and positional factors of employees in the knowledge network and employees’ job satisfaction and their personality traits was studied in the paper, in which a manufacture enterprise in Xi'an City is taken as an example. In knowledge network, employees’ performance and their knowledge network centricity are positively associated.
