Abstract
Taking the constructivism and humanism as the theoretical guidance, adoption of Blackboard online curriculum tools to develop internet-based online physical education courses, completing the design, interaction and collaboration as well as learning assessments for the online physical education curriculum on the basis of teaching objectives analysis and environment creation.
