Website: https://osc.ut.ac.id/ On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure and honor to welcome all distinguished keynote speaker, invited speakers, researchers, students, and participants to The 7th Open Society Conference (OSC) 2025. It is an annual conference held by the Faculty of Law, Social, and Political Sciences. This year carries the theme “Collaborative Digital Transformation for Social Inclusion: Innovations, Equity, and Global Lessons.” envisions a world without barriers where individuals and nations can overcome existing boundaries to foster collaboration, innovation, and progress in an interconnected global society. A truly open society can only thrive if inclusivity is upheld as a core principle, ensuring that every voice, background, and perspective is valued in all aspects of life, from policymaking and education to governance and global discourse. The 7th OSC 2025 serves as an interdisciplinary forum that bridges scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and communities from across the globe to share insights, exchange experiences, and develop collaborative strategies for addressing pressing social challenges through digital inclusion. The scope of research focused on 9 areas, namely: • Inclusive Urban Digital Governance
• Digital Communication for Inclusive Societies
• Legal Frameworks for Inclusive Digital Transformation
• Bridging Communities Through Linguistic Diversity and Inclusion
• Business Transformation in the Digital Era
• Promoting social inclusion through Digital Taxation Initiatives
• Transforming Libraries and Archives for Social Inclusion
• Sustainable Uncertainty Politics in the Digital Age
• Social Community Dynamics in the Digital Age The program of 7th OSC 2025 features 1 keynote speech and 6 invited talks and 113 contributed presenters, which come from across different countries such as England, Malaysia, Taiwan, Spain, United Arab Emirates, India, Ireland, and Indonesia. All papers have undergone a peer review process prior to presentation at this event. This conference is the result of the hard work, support, and dedication of several parties. We wish to thank all the committee members who together made the conference possible. The committee has been working throughout the year to propose sessions, review a record number of submissions, answer queries, arrange the schedule, and respond to last-minute requests. We also would like to extend our gratitude to FISIP Mulawarman University and Universiti Sains Malaysia for their invaluable contributions as co-hosts. Last but certainly not least, we thank all the authors and reviewers who form the backbone of this conference. Thank you all for gracing us with your presence.
