Website: http://picema.ap.fip.unp.ac.id/2021/ The Padang International Conference On Educational Management And Administration (PICEMA) is the second conference which had targeted the educators, administrators, managers, leaders, policy makers, researchers, academicians, principals, supervisors, graduated students, practitioners, professionals, and teachers which have interest in improving educational management in this era. Nowadays, educational grow faster which needs educational practitioners to look beyond digital era and use of technologies strategically to prepare the future workforce, for the challenges ahead which is called The Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through creative thinking in innovation and education to enhance the education of future generations, Educational Management for Continuous Quality Improvement in Facing Global Competition in the Digital Era had been selected as the theme in this conference. There were some researchers and practitioners as experts in educational management that came from Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Philippine, Malaysia, Slovakia, and Thailand. The conference held on October 30 and 31, 2021, discuss the issues related to management of education, current research, and practice and then also the solution of educational management for improving the educational quality continually in facing global competition in this digital era. Then, the committee published the paper in conference proceedings that contain the following subthemes such as Learning Change Management, Total Quality Management, Educational Leadership, Management of Inclusive Education, Management of Educational Technology in the Era of Society 5.0, Driving School Management (Activator School Management), and Management of Motivating Teachers. Furthermore, special gratitude is delivered to those who helped and participated in organizing the conference such as Dean Faculty of Education Universitas Negeri Padang, Head of Educational Administration Department, and Keynote Speakers. Finally, it is hoped that the result of the conference will support education quality in the future. October 2021
