Abstract

In today ‘s society, college students are being cheated on vacations. Every holiday, there are always unfamiliar students are attracted by some companies so-called generous treatment, but finally become a black hearted company free labor. However, ‘ Are college students workers?’ According to China’s current laws and regulations, there is no clear explanation. This also means that college students are eager to defend their rights but have no way out. When the legitimate rights and interests of part-time college students are damaged, they can only be protected by ‘ contract law ‘, ‘ tort liability law ‘ and other relevant civil laws, but these laws cannot solve the problem in practice. This paper aims to study the demand of college students for rights protection APP, and analyze its influence as the direction of rights protection APP.
