Proceedings of the 2017 2nd International Seminar on Education Innovation and Economic Management (SEIEM 2017)

It is a great honor to introduce the proceedings of 2017 2nd International Seminar on Education Innovation and Economic Management (SEIEM 2017), which was held on December 28-30, 2017 in Penang, Malaysia. SEIEM 2017 was organized by Chongqing Technology and Business University and sponsored by Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and Tunku Abdul Rahman College(TARC).

With the fast development of economics, society and demand of the education, researchers in different fields have begun to make studies on some new ideas and methods related to the education innovation and economic management. SEIEM 2017 is the opportunity to establish a network of like-minded scholars and researchers to communicate the related fields, such as education, economic management etc. We invite original papers describing an idea or concept, addressing issues and problems, or focusing empirically on potential or realistic areas. And we have witnessed that the prospective authors who are interested in the fields submitted their up-to-date and original research manuscripts to SEIEM 2017 in order to share their valuable experience with the leading researchers and scholars around the world.

With the main focus on fields of education innovation and economic management, SEIEM2017 has accepted 121 manuscripts after the double-blind review process from 294 submissions and their authors have been invited to present their papers on the conference by distribution of oral and poster. Three keynote speakers to deliver their recent research progress, who are internationally, recognized leading experts in their own research areas.

We would like to thank the organization staff, the members of the program committees and reviewers. They have worked very hard in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the authors to improve their work. We also would like to express our gratitude to the external reviewers, for providing extra helps in the review process, and the authors for contributing their research result to the conference. Special thanks go to Atlantis Press who published the proceedings and would submit for CPCI and Google Scholar index.

Hopefully, all participants and other interested readers benefit scientifically from the proceedings and also find its stimulating in the seminar.
