Abstract

Under the background of the deepening educational reform in China, in order to effectively innovate and reform the physical education teaching mode in Colleges and universities, the relevant educators should comprehensively understand and analyze the current situation of physical education teaching in Colleges and universities in China, and on this basis, put forward pertinent guidance and measures for the existing problems in physical education in Colleges and universities. By analyzing the current situation of physical education teaching in Colleges and universities in China and the existing problems in the teaching process, this paper discusses the specific methods of optimizing the training mode of physical education talents in Colleges and universities.
