Abstract

The author studies the issues related to the definition of the concept of public-private partnerships, as well as points of controversy in the interaction between the public and private partners. Based on the analysis of the analysis of current legislation and the existing doctrinal approaches, the author identifies the main features of public-private partnerships and proposes their definition. The main goal of work is to define the concept of public-private partnerships on the basis of features identified by the author through the analysis of Russian and European legislation, as well as modern academic opinions.
