Abstract

The article covers the theoretical aspects of investments in human capital in conditions of formation of a creative economy. In particular, it is determined that the key feature of the transition to the postulates of the creative economy is its ability to combine high-quality creative thinking, new innovative ideas with culture and the latest technologies, as well as to create a new type of market relations aimed at improving the quality of life of the population, therefore, the foundation of society's development must create favorable conditions for the development of human capital. This idea is promoted by the Project of the Concept of Humanitarian Development of Ukraine for the period up to 2020, where intellect, education, professional experience, social mobility, creativity and innovation in professional activity and social life are recognized as the main component of national wealth and the main resource of socio-economic development, the key to the high creative potential of society. And the first priority is an investment in creative human capital.
