This study aims to implement the entrepreneurial marketing and adversity intelligence on business performance of local franchise. The criteria of selecting respondents are domestic franchiser companies local in the field of food and beverages service which are included in the AFI Association of Franchise Indonesia in small and medium scale with sampling based on the response rate. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and data anaylis was done by using Partial Least Square PLS. The results show that the implementation of entrepreneurial marketing and adversity intelligence positively influence and can increase the business performance of local franchise in Surabaya.
