Abstract

Through overview of the law situation about electronic evidence in China and other countries, this paper points out the relevant legal issues in the development process of the electronic evidence. Combined with the current situation on this basis, it generalizes the current main problems existed in the development of electronic evidence in China and the suggestions to solve the problem.
