Abstract

Enterprise network university is a knowledge service institution that can enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises. In the era of knowledge economy, the important task that enterprise universities face is how to realize the transfer, sharing, evolution and proliferation of knowledge, so as to better integrate the various resources of the enterprise. Based on the theory of network learning ecosystem, this paper analyzes the components of the network learning ecosystem, studies and constructs the enterprise network learning ecosystem.
