- Abstract
The comprehensive governance of network culture refers to a dynamic and open governance system based on the mutual construction of traditional and modern information technology and characterized by equal consultation and pluralistic co governance, which is committed to governance and development. In its reality, it shows the multiple logical unity of the power logic of aggregation freedom and order, the capital logic of profit and development, the logic of communication and innovation technology, and the benefit logic of co construction and sharing. In the face of the increasingly high-density integration of network culture and human social development around the world, and the reality that it has encountered great difficulties in multi-threaded and multi-dimensional development and communication, exploring and developing a practice path that integrates the synchronic efforts of all staff governance, panoramic governance, global governance and whole process governance has become an indispensable strategic choice for the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. It is not only an immeasurable value for consolidating the socialist core values, but also an important attempt to improve the national governance system and governance capacity.
