Abstract

The severe economic situation at home and abroad and the fierce competition for talents in enterprises make the new employees' work adaptation problems appear particularly prominent. New employee's job adaptation is a process of dynamic development. Based on the summary of relevant theories of job adaptation, this paper analyzes the process of new employee's job adaptation, and finally puts forward some countermeasures to improve the new employee's job adaptation level.
