Proceedings of the 2021 International Conference on Social Science:Public Administration, Law and International Relations (SSPALIR 2021)

2021 International Conference on Social Science: Public Administration, Law and International Relations (SSPALIR 2021), organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (ISCCAC), was successfully held on June 16-17, 2021 in Moscow, Russia. 35 scholars from universities and institutions in countries like Russia, China, Canada, UK, and Czech Republic attended the conference, which was held online due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

Since the 21st century, global governance has faced unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In particular, the outbreak of COVID-19 underlined the dilemma of global governance, which required the joint efforts of all governance entities, including international organizations. It has become an important proposition for academic community to examine public administration and global governance, and emphasize international cooperation by the approaches of management, political and law.

The academic conference covers three topics: Public management,Legal Management, International relations. The researches of scholars participating in the conference fully demonstrated their initiative and embodied the great potential of academic researches. 58 articles were submitted to the Conference, and 33 of them were accepted for publication after a thorough review by three reviewers.

We would like to sincerely thank all the individuals and organizations who have made great efforts to organize this conference. It’s believed that the success of the SSPALIR 2021 cannot be achieved without the hard work of everyone, including the authors who submitted papers to us, the members of SSPALIR 2021 Committees who were responsible for the reviewing, and the Atlantis Press which published the papers of SSPALIR 2021.
