Proceedings of the International Scientific Conference The Fifth Technological Order: Prospects for the Development and Modernization of the Russian Agro-Industrial Sector (TFTS 2019)
The international scientific conference The Fifth Technological Order: Prospects for the Development and Modernization of the Russian Agro-Industrial Sector (TFTS 2019) was held on October 15th, 2019 in Omsk, Russia. The conference was organized by the Omsk State Agrarian University.
The aim of the conference was to unite the efforts of the scientific, educational and professional community in the field of substantiating promising areas of development and modernization of the agro-industrial sector of Russia in the modern conditions, taking into account world experience in applying advanced technological solutions, developing a set of measures to ensure the formation and development of human capital as the basis for successful modernization of the agro-industrial sector and effective development of rural areas.
The conference was attended by more than 400 representatives of scientific community, agribusiness, state authorities and local self-government.
Following the results of the conference, 163 manuscripts were collected in total, 97 were submitted to the reviewers, who are well-known scientists in their field of science and experts in the field of development and modernization of the agro-industrial sector. All articles selected for publication received positive opinions from reviewers.
