Abstract

According to Mario Forni & Sergio Paba (2002) method, using the input-output table of the relationship between the upstream and downstream of 35 industry recognition, using 2005-2007 test the empirical data of industrial enterprises upstream R & D investment impact on the downstream industry productivity, there are significant technology spillover effect of the downstream industry, further inspection found by not only bring technology spillover, downstream industry productivity, but also increase the downstream industry labor wages, namely spillover benefits for the enterprise and employees to share.
