Abstract

The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) is the main channel to support basic research and applied basic research in China. As the support unit of the National Natural Science Foundation, as with the brotherhood, there is a contradiction between the good wishes of the applicant and the unbalanced and inadequate application of the supply of comprehensive elements. The supply of high quality, high level and high grade proposal is a prerequisite for improving the subsidizing rate of supporting units and solving this general contradiction. Based on the analysis and summary of the inadmissibility of the science fund and the feedback from the peer reviews of applications that have not been funded in the past five years, a series of meticulous management measures have been explored, which in order to help applicants improve the quality of application writing, and then improve the project funding rate.
