Abstract

In order to improve the innovation ability of graduate students, the key factors influencing the development of engineering graduate students’ innovation ability were analyzed in this paper. On this basis, five effective countermeasures, such as improving teaching methods, setting up innovative research platform, promoting the teamwork of tutors, organizing students to study in groups, and advocating academic exchanges, were put forward.
