- Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effect of Work-Family Conflict on job satisfaction moderated by Chronic Regulatory Focus. An empirical study was conducted on the employees of one of the Islamic Banks in Banda Aceh using a questionnaire as a research instrument, in which the sample in this study was 207 people. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with the Census sampling method. The MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method is used as a method of data analysis using IBM SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that Work-family Conflict has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, the Chronic Regulatory Focus has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction
