Abstract

Diuridine P2, P3- (dihalo) methylenetetraphosphates (Up2CF2p2U and Up2CBr2p2U) were synthesized via the activation of P (V) –N bond. The key uridine 5 -phosphoropiperidate intermediate was obtained via a redox condensation method.
