Abstract

Readiness needs tobe measured at Akademi Telkom Jakarta, due to institutional changing to be Institute level. This papers aims to support successful transformation for academic communities of Akademi Telkom Jakarta and Telkom Foundation to implement Jakarta Telkom Instute of Techonolgy in 2020. Method conducted in this paper is Andrea Sodano’s readiness best practice, some workshops conducted to evaluate the proceses of implementation, and qualitative research featuring deep interview also conducted to analysis data. Result of the resarch is, readiness level for 50 points. It can be concluded that, Jakarta Telkom Institute of Technology will be transformed well.
