Abstract

The community, as the habitat for the masses to live on, has played a positive role in the production and life of the masses. In the wake of the rapid development of the national economy, the living standards of the masses have been continuously improved, which has spurred the development of various undertakings in the community. Meanwhile, the masses have more and more time for leisure recreation, and an increasing number of people have begun to pay attention to their health and use their leisure time to participate in sports activities for exercise [1]. Concerning masses participating in community physical exercise, certain requirements for community sports fitness facilities have been put forward. Long-term physical activities will cause certain wear and tear or even damage to community physical fitness facilities, which requires certain maintenance and management for the implementation of community physical fitness The investigation and research have been conducted with 50 communities randomly selected from 128 communities in Dingzhou City as samples, with a view to understanding the management status and factors affecting the management of community sports and fitness facilities in Dingzhou City. The subject research is conducted to find out and solve the factors that affect the management of community physical fitness facilities, thereby providing an objective basis for improving the management of community physical fitness facilities in Dingzhou.

Community fitness takes physical exercise as its basic means to get fit and happy, serving as an important part of China’s sports undertaking. Community sports and fitness activities have enriched the cultural life of residents, improved their physical health, and built a bridge for emotional communication between neighbors [2]. When residents participate in community sports and fitness activities, they will inevitably use fitness facilities. The damage to fitness facilities affects the motivation of residents to participate in community physical fitness. Therefore, by studying the current situation of community fitness facilities management in Dingzhou, the subject finds out the bad factors that affect the management of community fitness facilities and provides suggestions and methods for reasonable community fitness facilities management, so as to improve the utilization rate of community sports and fitness facilities in Dingzhou, meet residents’ requirements for fitness facilities, promote residents to participate in community sports and fitness activities, and enhance the physical and mental health of community residents in Dingzhou.
