Abstract

The paper mainly refers to the stage model of organizational socialization, and analyzes the problems existing in the encounter stage of the 2017 freshmen of the School of Business of Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai in the process of school socialization. This research adopts the literature research method, interview method and questionnaire survey method, and mainly selects the core issues such as life affairs, campus environment and canteen conditions during the encounter stage. This paper puts forward some suggestions based on these questions.
