Abstract

The development of environmental ethics, eco-ethical education and upbringing in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus comes with a kind of division of labour: in Russia the emphasis is on the development of theoretical issues, and Belarus is a leader in the organization of teaching this discipline. International cooperation gives positive results and new challenges.
