Abstract

This paper respectively analyzes the advantages of open online courses and the shortcomings of private colleges and universities, discusses the pertinence of the former to the latter in improving the quality of education, and highly discusses the work to be conducted and the problems to be noted for private colleges and universities in applying open online courses. It is thought that appropriate application of open online courses in private colleges and universities will be helpful to improve the quality of education.
