Abstract

College counselors are the implementers of ideological and political education for college students in China. Their mental health is directly related to the effectiveness of the ideological and political education goals of college students, which puts forward a higher demand for the counselors' psychological health and their adjustment. Adjusting the psychological quality of college counselors from the perspective of positive psychology can enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
