Proceedings of the 2nd Annual International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Information Science (EEEIS 2016)

The 2nd Annual International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Information Science [EEEIS2016] was successfully held in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China, from December 2nd to 4th, 2016. The EEEIS 2016 is becoming one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering and information science in China. It provides a forum for scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. The first EEEIS (EEEIS2015) was successfully held during August 7th to 9th, 2015 in Guangzhou. China.

This proceeding tends to collect the up-to-date, comprehensive and worldwide state-of-art knowledge on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Information Science. All of accepted papers were subjected to strict peer-reviewing by 1-2 expert referees. The papers have been selected for this proceedings based on originality, significance, and clarity for the purpose of the conference. The selected papers and additional late-breaking contributions made an exciting technical program on conference. The conference program was extremely rich, featuring invited keynote speeches, panel discussions, high-impact oral and poster presentations. The keynote speaker is internationally recognized leading expert in the research field of Electronics and Electrical Engineering and Computer and Information Science, who have demonstrated outstanding proficiency and have achieved distinction in their profession. We hope this conference will not only provide the participants a broad overview of the latest research results on Electronics and Electrical Engineering and Computer and Information Science, but also provide the participants a significant platform to build academic connections.

We rigorously assessed more than 282 submitted papers of which 127 were accepted. We are grateful to our more than 50 reviewers who dedicated their valuable time and put sincere effort in assessing submissions. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the members of Technical Program Committee and organizers for their enthusiasm, time, and expertise.
