Abstract

Taking the real estate landscape of 10 communities in northeastern China as the research object, the paper investigates the types, application frequency, spatial distribution, growth status, ornamental characteristics of garden plants in residential areas, and analyzes the application status and cost control of garden plants in residential areas. The causes of differences in the application of garden plants in real estate landscape are pointed out and suggestions are given.
